Leadership Development
Since 1995 the Estenson Group has worked to help organizations develop their next generation of senior leadership. Our philosophy is that leaders are created in a crucible and that high expectation and candid feedback produce true leaders, regardless of the industry. This approach has allowed the Group to work effectively in various sectors (Health Care, Aerospace, Medical Devices, and Retail Grocery). The result has been internal leadership academies and long-term programs linked to the organization’s core values and purpose, and graduates with the knowledge and skills to be agile and steady in challenging business environments.
What makes the Estenson Group unique is that there we do not offer a single off-the-shelf leadership development program. Each program is customized based on the current senior leader’s view of what knowledge, skills, and behaviors will be necessary in the next generation of leaders. Thus, all of our offerings are bespoke and one-off, not a one-fits-all approach to executive leader development.
The Group has a team of people across the world that can be brought together to deliver a world-class learning experience for your future leaders.
